MISSION STATEMENT
Capelle Bros. & Diedrich, Inc. employs approximately 40 people. The CEO – Donald L. Diedrich has been with the company for the past 41 years. He has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of WI Madison.
The President is Todd A. Diedrich, who completed a degree in Architectural/Structural Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering, he has been employed with us for 20 years.
The Vice President is Scott D. Diedrich, who has been with the company for 19 years.
Both Don and Todd are project managers/estimators, and Scott is our safety and shop manager.
Our staff also consists of four project managers/estimators who are invaluable. They include Tom Groeschl who has been with the company for the past 36 years, John Buechel who has been with the company for 20 years, Rob Ellison and Adam Osier have been with the company for 14 and 15 years respectively.
Our clerical staff consists of Angie Guyette who has been with the company for 17 years and Heather Gessel who has been with us for 2 years.
Our craftsmen which include Carpenters, Masons and Laborers are highly skilled and their attention to detail is shown in every project we have done. Without our many talented craftsmen and project managers we would not have the excellent reputation we have.
